Book Fair 2016
As part of our initiative to encourage reading and a love of books in our school community, our “School Book Fair 2016” will commence on Tuesday 1st March. The children will have an opportunity to browse through the fair on Tuesday. Each child will receive a world book token worth € 1.50 which they can redeem against the purchase price of their chosen book on Wednesday 2nd March and Thursday 3rd March. Parents are welcome between 2- 3.30 on Wednesday and Thursday if they wish to purchase books. . Our school will receive a valuable commission from the “Book Fair” which we will use to stock our classroom libraries. Thanks to Mrs. Burns our Book Fair coordinator for all her work organising this . The Book Fair comes bringing lots of new and interesting books with it. Here are some pictures of how it went.
